How to File a Syabas eComplaint

The easiest way to submit a Syabas complaint is through the Air Selangor app. Open the app, navigate to the eComplaint section, select your issue type, enter your account number and location, and submit. Your complaint will be received instantly by the SYABAS Consumer Service team who will validate and assign it to the appropriate department.

Alternative Complaint Channels

You can also lodge a Syabas complaint by calling the hotline at 15300, visiting any SYABAS service centre in person, or submitting an online form through the Air Selangor website. Keep your water account number and property address ready when making a report.
